# Batch Update Phone Profiles

This video mainly introduces the **Batch Update Profile** function of the cloud phone.

1. As shown in the image above, first, select the profile to be updated. Then, click **\[More]** in the upper right corner and choose **\[Batch Export]** to export the file to local storage.

2. Locate the exported profile file and open it. You can then modify the data that needs to be updated in the file.

* **Note:** The **ID** cannot be modified. If changed, the update will fail!
* Carefully read the instructions in the red-marked sections of the table. Understanding them in detail is crucial for ensuring the file can be successfully imported.
* Be sure to save the Excel file after making modifications.

3. After modifying the table file, click **\[Batch Update]** at the arrow position in the image above, select the modified exported profile template, and wait for the import to complete. The number of profiles imported at a time should not exceed 500!
