# Why Does the CloudPC Stay in "Creating" Status After Purchase?

1. After a successful purchase, if the status remains "Creating" for an extended period, click the arrow icon to refresh the status.
2. If the same issue occurs during spec changes, OS reinstallation, or other operations, you can also click here to refresh.
